精准功能高分子材料课题组
  本课题组主要围绕肿瘤的诊断及治疗这一热点科学问题,致力于设计开发具有精准序列结构的多维高分子生物材料,以及其在药物递送、基因治疗、蛋白免疫治疗、生物成像等多个领域中的应用。旨在建立一套普适的平台技术,用以构建精准有序的纳米递送体系,研究载体与生物体的作用机制,可控调节其性能,进而优化其临床疗效。目前,本课题组在高分子化学、材料科学、生物医药等多个领域积累了丰富的研究基础和研发经验,已累计发表SCI论文30余篇,包括Science、Nature、Nature Chem.、Adv. Mater.、Acc. Chem. Res.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Chem. Commun.、ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces、Nanoscale、ACS Macro Lett.等,论文SCI总引超 2000次,多篇论文入选ESI高被引论文及年度阅读量最高论文,相关成果得到了国际学术同行的认可,并被科学杂志、PHYS.ORG、MIRAGE新闻网、国际化学工程师协会(IChemE)、ACS Noteworthy Chemistry及X-MOL等作为研究亮点报道。

董瑞蛟,男,博士,开云官方在线登陆入口研究员、博士生导师、课题组长、院长助理。入选国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金(海外)、上海市海外高层次人才计划、江苏省333高层次人才培养工程等人才计划。主要围绕“高分子精准合成与功能调控机制”这一关键科学问题开展系统研究,聚焦功能高分子材料的可控构筑与构效调控,实现了其在药物递送、基因治疗、免疫治疗及膜分离等领域的应用。相关研究已累计发表学术论文40余篇,包括Nature、Science、Nat. Chem.、Nat. Water、Nat. Commun.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Adv. Mater.、Adv. Sci.、Nano Lett.、Chem. Soc. Rev.、Coord. Chem. Rev.、Acc. Chem. Res.等。现担任 Nano-Micro Letters、Polymer Science & Technology、Supramolecular Materials、Transformative Chemistry、Chain等国际学术期刊青年编委。近年来主持国家级及省部级科研项目10余项。同时,作为创始人或联合创始人先后创立了Exactmer(伦敦)有限公司、希坤新材料科技(泰州)有限公司及普睿信生物科技(丽水)有限公司,推动功能高分子材料在生物医药与先进分离领域的成果转化。

主要研究方向
