新型高通量DNA测序技术课题组
课题组简介:以22项授权发明专利为基础,开发了可用于高通量DNA测序的系列荧光标记核苷酸。这些可逆终止核苷酸(reversible terminators)可以实现100%单碱基延伸后的有效终止以及100%断裂后的持续延伸,该类可逆终止核苷酸可同时用于二代合成测序,也可以用于三代单分子合成测序。当模板存在连续多个相同碱基时,仍然可实现一次测序循环只延伸一个可逆终止核苷酸。
