科学研究
心血管发育与再生课题组(兼职)
  课题组围绕心血管发育与再生、重大心血管疾病关键分子机制、基因编辑技术及基因治疗药物开发等方向开展研究,建立了涵盖基因组学、表观遗传组学、转录组学、转基因动物模型及生物信息学分析的研究平台。其团队在心血管发育调控、血管新生、疾病分子机制及转化治疗策略等方面形成了系统研究基础,近年来在 Cell Research、Circulation、Circulation Research、Journal of Clinical Investigation、Genome Research、Genome Biology 和 Blood 等国际期刊发表多项研究成果,并承担国家自然科学基金重点项目、科技部重点研发计划及上海市相关科研项目。

张冰,上海交通大学特聘教授、开云官方在线登陆入口兼职博导、国家杰青、国家高层次人才。获美国独立科学家奖。上海交大医学院新华医院罕见病基因和细胞治疗中心主任、先天性心脏病诊治技术与器械教育部工程研究中心副主任、心血管发育和再生研究所副所长。现为中国细胞生物学会发育生物学分会执委、上海市细胞生物学分会常务理事、上海市心血管衰老协会常务理事以及科技部、自然基金委和香港科技资助局的评审专家。“上海市高水平创新团队激励计划”负责人。先后获得国家自然基金重点项目、科技部重点研发专项、上海世界顶尖科学家国际联合科学实验室项目、上海市教委重点创新项目等多项基金支持。在Circulation、Cell Research 、Cell Stem Cell, Circulation Research、Nature Communications、Cell Reports等国际期刊上发表高水平论文合计六十余篇。
